Refund policy

Returns Policy:
Returns can be requested by email within 7 days of delivery. Please email karlindaluv@me.com and include the following :

Order # and Purchaser's Name
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return

We will respond within 24 hours. If approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) to. Return shipping is not refundable. If the item is returned in original condition and in original packaging, we will refund the cost of the item(s). All shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Exchanges can be requested by email, within 21 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email info@adinamills.com and include the following:

Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for exchange*

*Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis, and are typically approved. We want you to have a piece you LOVE!

If approved, we will provide you with the address to send your item(s) to. If the item is returned in original condition and in original packaging, we will email you a discount code for the full amount of the item to be used at karlitadesigns.com. All shipping costs are not refundable.
